We go the extra distance and seek legal counsel to assure we are current with all local regulations, for rent-stabilized as well as free market units.

Tenant Requests

As much as we are a surrogate for our owners, we also pride ourselves for our tenant advocacy efforts. We always strive to strike a fair balance between what the tenants requests and what is the right thing for our owners to do. We have a tracking system that allows us to intake all tenant inquiries and we aim to respond within 24 hours / 7 days a week. We use our partner platform’s communication tools, but we’re open to direct texting with the tenants as well. Our aim is to have a clear understanding of what the tenant is requesting and put a plan in place to satisfy the request that our owners would be satisfied with. We are ready to be your first line of defense and act as the primary conduit for all tenant requests.
